Product overview

HD S10 is a silane powder coated with a colloid and produced by spray drying. It provides excellent hydrophobic and water-repellent properties on both the surface and the matrix of cement-based building mortars. When the mortar is mixed with water, the active components of HD S10 are released under alkaline conditions, and then covalently bond with the inorganic mortar matrix.HDS10 is easy to mix when producing cement-based dry-mix products. Even at very low dosages, it improves the water resistance and durability of cement-based products.

Storage and Transportation

The product should be stored in a cool, dry place. Any unused portion after opening should be resealed as soon as possible to prevent moisture absorption. The packaging is a 15kg square-bottom valve-sealed multi-layer paper-plastic composite bag with an inner polyethylene film bag. Please use within 6 months. Use as early as possible in hot and humid conditions to avoid increasing the chance of clumping.
