- Introduction : HD S82 is a silane powder coated with a colloid and produced by spray drying. It provides excellent hydrophobic and water-repellent properties on the surface and matrix of cement-based building mortars. When the mortar is mixed with water, the active ingredients of HD S82 are released under alkaline conditions, and then it covalently binds to the inorganic mortar matrix, while providing the ability to inhibit efflorescence in the mortar.

Product overview
HD S82 is a silane powder coated with a colloid and produced by spray drying. It provides excellent hydrophobic and water-repellent properties on the surface and matrix of cement-based building mortars. When the mortar is mixed with water, the active ingredients of HD S82 are released under alkaline conditions, and then it covalently binds to the inorganic mortar matrix, while providing the ability to inhibit efflorescence in the mortar.

The product should be stored in a cool, dry place. Any unused portion after opening should be resealed as soon as possible to prevent moisture absorption. The packaging is a 10kg square-bottom valve-sealed multi-layer paper-plastic composite bag with an inner polyethylene film bag. Please use within 6 months. Use as early as possible in hot and humid conditions to avoid increasing the chance of clumping.
